11 July 2008 The Right Honourable Hazel Blears opened the 3rd Enterprise and Mental Health Conference held at University of Manchester Business School on Friday 27th June 2008. The emphasis of this year's event was social enterprise development in the mental health arena, working in partnership with both statutory and voluntary or third sector organisations.
