Catherine and Mike are leading the development of a new social enterprise which initially developed as a service user led project within Pathways Resource Centre, Ellesmere Port. The group design and create various types of bespoke garden furniture to sell to local businesses, sheltered housing, council offices and care homes. At present there are seven service users involved in the initiate.
The project creates a supportive environment where people can take part in meaningful activity whilst learn skills in design, manufacturing and enterprise. The project has now grown to the point where the group are due to relocate to larger premises to meet demand and scale up the project.
