Asked to review the use of e-business portals for a large telecoms' provider, Partnership WTP investigated best practice in the client's arena and the benefits from their customers' perspective. From here, we worked with the company's management to build a set of deliverable steps forward, including a reorganisation of the company's communication procedures for the e-portals.
